You pay for what drives our costs.
Nothing else.
Most treasury software prices by modules and seats. We don't. finsait is a loop — see your cash, test a hypothesis, decide a hedge, review whether it worked — and the loop only works whole. So every plan includes everything, and the price moves with three honest drivers.
Data volume
Entities, currencies, and transaction history we process. Every recompute touches all of it.
Live connections
Bank feeds and ERP integrations we maintain — consent renewals, format drift, monitoring.
Refresh frequency
How often your forecasts, risk runs, and reviews recompute. Compute, plainly.

Decide if the loop makes sense for you.
- Three realistic companies, full product
- Real engine runs, honest numbers
- No credit card, no sales calls
Pilot
€450/month · 3 months
Your data, both of us learning whether it earns its keep. Fees fully credited if you convert.
- File-based import — we map your formats with you
- Weekly refresh, unlimited users
- Success criterion written down before we start
- Walk away anytime and keep every export
Platform
from €950/month
One corporate group, file-based imports, weekly refresh, unlimited users — then add what you need:
- + €250/mo per live bank or ERP connection
- + €300/mo for daily refresh
- Included: 25 entities · 15 currencies · 5 years of history — above that, quoted from the same drivers, transparently
A mid-market group with two bank connections and daily refresh lands around €1,750/month — visible here, not discovered in a sales call.
What we deliberately don't charge for
- Seats. Bring the whole finance team — decisions improve when everyone sees the same honest numbers.
- Modules. The loop ships whole. A product sliced into modules can't keep its own promise.
- Your own data. Exports are free, always. Leaving is a button, not a negotiation.
- Pilot onboarding. If we're asking you to trust us with treasury data, help isn't an upsell.
Prices exclude VAT. Annual payment: two months off. We're early — pricing may move as we learn our real costs, but never retroactively: your price is locked for your term. Peer benchmarking, if you ever want it, runs only on explicit opt-in — a separate consent, not a terms-of-service clause.
